There was also no guess work involved. They supplied detailed instructions on what to do and what not to do. They kept in touch via e-mail every step of the way, on what to expect and so on. I am honstly blown away by the service, it hasn't even been a full week since I have done my online consultation and I am already on day 3 of my prescription. I realised my regular moisturiser wasn't cutting it after the first application, went online, ordered the recommended one on my personalised plan and it arrived the next day!
