The moisturiser I purchased is great, although an issue I've experienced is the pump does not rise again after the product has been dispensed. Since no reviews I could see had this issue I assume I received faulty packaging, which is frustrating, but I don't mind because of the amazing formula! My order was delivered quickly and the outer packaging is lovely! I have not tried Dermatica's personalised formulas but I would highly recommend their moisturiser for those with dry skin who are looking for a year round product.
