Yes this cream is very good. Had SD for quite some time now & manage it daily with a mild facial wash followed by the Sebclair which keeps it under control & avoids flair ups. 5th time of ordering & first time I've been charged £3 for post & packaging which I found annoying due to the size & weight of the package. Will maybe look for other retailers who offer free delivery.
