Easy ordering process, fast delivery, good brushes. The shampoo brush can be used for a nice scalp massage. The tangle tamer ultra is so far the best detangler brush I've ever used. The D4 use needs some practice (there are a few good tutorials out there). After my initial attempts I can say I managed to get really nice and lasting waves in my pretty unmanageable thick wavy hair, only when using real thick strands for a nice tension. The rows can be easily removed for bigger curls/waves/clumps and as easily put back. Overall I like my new brushes and they're the only ones I used in weeks.
