just terrible AVOID! ordered express service 1-2 days. when i followed up 5 days later i was told "Your order was despatched via a Royal Mail service on the 16/10/2023.
Goods sent by Royal Mail on such a date, this service is normally (or averages around 2-8 working days)."
So much for paying DOUBLE!
Customer service don't give a damn either. she pretty much put the phone down on me.,
