I had a really good experience with Delcor. We visited the Stamford showroom for a consultation and our consultant was welcoming, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. The level of customer service is brilliant and we never felt rushed or pressured in the process. It was all very relaxed. The products are of excellent quality; comfortable, bespoke, and robust. The materials used are gorgeous. The craftsmanship is spot-on. The waiting time for delivery was quite long due to the rigorous quality checks Delcor undertake. This is a definite plus in terms of quality, but worth bearing in mind if you are time-limited.
