The whole process from beginning to end was flawless. The showroom staff at Seaton Delaval were attentive, helpful and friendly during our selection for our sofa bed, making suggestions as necessary. We took delivery of our beautifully made sofa on Monday 16th January. We have particular praise for the delivery driver and mate. They told us in advance that they were en route and they would arrive in 20 minutes. They were on time and carefully offloaded the sofa in icy conditions. The men were meticulous in installing the sofa, measuring doorways, safeguarding our newly decorated staircase, taking the time and care. They were friendly, polite and very tidy, taking surplus plastic away with them. We first bought furniture from Delcor in 1979, the service is as good today as it was then. Thank you.
