We have purchased many items from Delcor the only one we were not happy with was the Gladstone bed frame. The bed slats warped and we asked for it to be returned as it is not fit for purpose and after writing several times to Delcor they will not give us a refund.
They have the bed frame and say they will repair it. This is not acceptable to us. Still waiting for a refund.
