Purchased a number of items over 8,000 GBP.
Within 1 week from delivery noticed a small area of the leather that had poor stitching and the under leather surface at that stitching area was exposed.
Delcor said we must have rubbed the surface off even though we had just taken off the plastic covers and had not used the items.
Refused to do anything about it.
Shame as the products are good just the aftercare is non existent.
