When we need new furniture we don’t look anywhere else. We love how furniture can be customised to our specifications, this is important to us as the men in the family are very tall. Our customised lofa sofa is over 30 years old now, Delcor have recovered it twice and it comes back like new. It still looks great and our new furniture compliments it beautifully. We opted for chairs this time but had we wanted another lofa sofa Delcor still have all our records so the two would have been an exact match. Customer service is second to none, I can not fault the Northumberland showroom staff. They have such patience (I kept changing my mind as to which fabric to have) and are very knowledgeable. The delivery men were fabulous and our order came a lot sooner than expected. The quality is exceptionally high. We will be returning soon to order an ottoman to complete our lounge. Thank you Delcor.
