Friendly knowledgeable staff in store, the ability to truly customise the furniture was great - the extra 1.5 inches in height of seat makes a lovely squashy sofa still easy to get out of.
Quality of product is unquestionable, we are delighted with the final outcome.
The only thing preventing a 5 star was the delay in delivery , which whilst we understood the Covid impact, could have been more regularly and openly communicated rather than having to chase.
