I bought an item and had an issues with it - the delivery was delayed for a week and no one got back to me untill one of the emails was picked up by Ellie Gray. She has sorted all things efficiently and the item was send straightforward. Unfortunately I have lost a contract during the week, so I have to return it as I didn't need it at all. Ellie was so professional and efficient, she took care again and I was able to send all back quickly. I think she is such a credit to a company, her communication skills are so professional and service super efficient. I'm so happy she took over everything and sorted it out in such professional way.
