“I bought an item and had an issues with it - the delivery was delayed for a week and no one got back to me untill one of the emails was picked up by Ellie Gray. She has sorted all things efficiently and the item was send straightforward. Unfortunately I have lost a contract during the week, so I have to return it as I didn't need it at all. Ellie was so professional and efficient, she took care again and I was able to send all back quickly. I think she is such a credit to a company, her communication skills are so professional and service super efficient. I'm so happy she took over everything and sorted it out in such professional way. I think during this difficult time it's really important to have someone who is so helpful and professional. Thanks again Ellie, you're super star!”

“I purchased a unit from Dehimifiers UK in February of 2020 which has since developed a fault, this was soon dealt with by George and the team, with a swift replacement and upgrade now being organised, of which I was happy to pay the difference. The customer service has again been excellent, the same as it was with the original purchase. I have been kept informed at every step and as a result this has only increased my trust in this company. Easily dealing with a fault that was neither their or my fault, but rectified swiftly. Thanks again!!”

“An incredibly helpful conversation that gave us the perfect advice for what we needed (and also saved us from buying the wrong product!). A really kind phone back just to check with us later. Also - to note - the best prices we could see anywhere on the internet and with personal and professional service from a specialist company. Delivery all confirmed for two day’s time. Buying a dehumidifier might not be something you do very often so it makes sense to buy it from a company who can advise you and supply exactly with just the right product you need.”

“From the ordering stage to after sales care, Dehumidifiersuk have been professional, helpful and proactive. They recommended a dehumidifier closest to the one I originally wanted which is no longer in production. The advisor seemed to know the products so I felt confident to take his advice and place an order. Unfortunately the unit delivered had been damaged in transit but instead of making me go through the standard process of taking photos, returning the unit and waiting for another to be dispatched, Steven in Customer Services arranged for a replacement to be delivered the very next morning. A few days later I received a courtesy call to make sure everything was in working order, that I was happy and an offer of continued help and assistance. Not knowing much about Dehumidifiers (!), Dehumidifiersuk made the whole process of buying one stress free and straightforward.”

“Contacted D UK to discuss problem with 20 year old Amcor. George was as helpful as he could be about a model that was obsolete and a company they had not been able to trace for over 3 years. Decided to buy a replacement DH and George listened to my needs and recommended the unit we would probably have chosen anyway, given time. Order placed and unit delivered next day.”

“Following conversation with George. who was so informative gave me a couple of suitable dehumidifiers to choose from - decided to go with the Toyotomi TD -Z80 which has just been delivered so far can't fault service I have experienced from this company. Will update soon on the Toyotomi dehumidifier.”

“I have already posted a comment about the excellent staff but am now reviewing my dehumidifier. Brolin QT8. A great little machine that works a treat. It's very quiet and looks good in my conservatory. I am more than happy with the way it works and find the controls easy to understand. All in all I'm very happy with this company.”

“Following a very informative phone call for advice on dehumidifies for a garage I ordered for a Bronlin BR10 that was delivered for free the next day. I mistakenly thought part of the order was missing and I needed a copy invoice, following a call to customer services a replacement item was dispatched and I had the invoice within minutes. Excellent customer service.”

“I ordered a Brolin QT8 dehumidifier on 3/10/19 and had it delivered free the next day. I asked for advice as I hadn't a clue what to get and was recommended this unit for my particular needs. Ellie, who I dealt with was very helpful and personable. I then phoned back and spoke to George who was also excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. The staff are a credit which these days is unusual.”

“Excellent service from Steven in finding a solution to the humidity in my dog kennels. I had tried many different options in the past and none had worked satisfactorily, the unit purchased has solved the issue and the room bone dry and very cozy. Thank you”
