I read all the negative reviews, and it did make me think twice, but I’d used them before a few years back and they were fantastic, quick, and to be honest I couldn’t pick fault if I tried. This time it was for my son, so I did the usual, paid the money and with in 3 days the paper work was here like clockwork. And his name was changed. It’s simple, it’s cheap, I paid for 10 extra copies as there always handy to keep if you don’t use them. From my experience there a brilliant company and it’s incredibly simple. And cheap. I think in the end it was about £30-£40 and done. So it gets my thumbs up anyway ;-)
