Placed an order for a bulk bag of gravel, which was competitively priced compared to their competitors. I was advised that the delivery company would be in touch to advise a delivery window, and I received confirmation of delivery within a few days. I was out on the day of delivery so left instructions to the driver on where to place the bulk bag, and the bag was delivered within the time slot specified, and was placed exactly where I wanted it. All in all I was very pleased with the purchase and the service.
