Looked at some Grey stones on the website for them to arrive and quickly noticed they were not grey nor were they anything like the picture. First thought was they must be covered in dust as it says on the website.... must be washed to see there true colour.... washed and still not grey. Raised my concerns to customer services to get the expected reply of you must wash then to see there true colour.... washed again still not grey... Emailed again with further photos showed stones that have been washed several times were still not grey and were instead brown. Emailed to ask if they could please let me know if they could point to which bit was supposed to be grey... response, you got the correct items you need to wash them Resulting in having stones that I didn't want, washed several times and still not grey or anything like grey. No alternative offered, no recompense items that are clearly not what I ordered and lazy email responses which I would presume they just copy and paste. Dont waste your time here, go somewhere else to get stones
