While the product and price are good, on two occasions delivery has been a nightmare. First time 850 kg delivered two days early so I had no one to help unload and when I refused to take delivery, threatened that I would have to pay a second delivery charge. Second order delivered late. Drivers rude and unhelpful. No apology and again no one to help with 1000kg of gravel.
