Used them as I purchased from them 5 years ago - how times change.
Whilst nothing can be guaranteed one thing you can control is good communication. Having booked a day off for my delivery, with a no show, I received no call or reply to my message/email.
Finally the delivery turned up, 3 days later - luckily I was home.
Would never recommend and should have read the recent reviews which back up poor service.
