Easy to order and the gravel is very good. However, everything inbetween was bad. Placed the order for a Friday delivery. By 3:30pm on the day of delivery the bag had not arrived. Tried calling the number on the website. Constantly engaged. Emailed Alisha as it says to do on the confirmation email. Didn't hear back. Emailed Lucy as it says to do on the website. Two hours later I received an out of office reply that said due to Lockdown they are operating with reduced staff numbers so it is taking them 2 - 4 working days to reply. By the time I had ordered by gravel Lockdown was not in effect so the out of office email was out of date and also any company that takes 2 - 4 working days to respond needs to look at their customer service. This isn't 2002, with slow/delayed replies. Bag of gravel eventually turned up on the Tuesday, so four days after the chosen scheduled delivery date. No response to my original emails. No follow up to apologise for the delays. No communication at all beyond the automated emails. Very poor customer service all round.
