I received an email on the delivery day informing me my order could be up to 48 hours delay and could not contact anyone to find out if I was to receive my goods or not. Not helpful when special arrangements had been made for help with receiving and moving the slate, necessary as I am disabled and my husband is 85 years old and suffers from a bad heart.
