First time we used this company it was excellent, this time, following the approval in principle of our mortgage it was shocking. Trying to get hold of our contact was impossible, never answered the phone, was never available and to cap it all off we were lied to which caused so much stress. Communication was terrible. Then to cap it all off they took the money from my bank today and didn’t even have the courtesy to inform us it was happening.
We will never use them again - pity because first time (2 years ago) it was very good.
