I've been very happy with the service, apart from the fact they advised us to order 2 x 5ltr bottles on adhesives which we did, but when we just used one and did not need to use another bottle, they refused to take back the unopen bottle.
I think this is very unfair and wasteful, we now have a 5 ltr bottle of adhesive which we don't need.
