I had prompt and excellent service especially when I needed my kits sent out quickly. It was good to get emails back telling me the progress of my order.
It felt good to know that they were interested in what I did with the kits. There was a real person replying and not some AI. I told my craft group about my experience and they were very impressed with the way Dannell’s handled my order. Many thanks
