Delivery was disappointing which is more a problem with Fedex than First Position, but unfortunately as it's the delivery company you use it reflects on you. I paid for next day delivery but the order arrived a day late. I tracked the parcel on the Fedex site and it said that a delivery had been attempted and a card left. But as I had stayed in all day to receive the parcel, this wasn't true. Fedex arranged to deliver the next day. I asked them not to leave it at the house if I wasn't in, and to leave it with a neighbour. I was assured that a parcel would never be left on the doorstep as it had to be signed for. So I was surprised to see the parcel sitting on the doorstep when I returned home. Clearly not signed for! Unfortunately the products I ordered don't fit and will need to be returned, but from a quality point of view they seem to be value for money.
