I've been with D9 for some years now, and I find the support excellent, especially the direct messaging which is available most of the day. The online support guys are always available round the clock, so you can leave an issue with them at night and go to bed and it's likely to be sorted when you get up. This is important for folk like myself who live across the globe from the States.
