Ordered on the 11th Feb, received 21st. Took a while to arrive, - over a week in my case before shipping even got confirmed, despite saying on the site "We process and dispatch all orders on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays." Worth the wait but would have been good to know that unless you specifically choose DPD at a higher-rate, expect to be left at the mercy of Royal Mail untracked on top of any delay to actually get goods out.

Responding to seller feedback: As a brand-new customer with no desire for social media, - and who assumed that an order would just be processed and shipped, nowhere during the ordering process did I see anywhere that listed you were on holiday, and *not* processing orders. You're asking customers to physically check in by email to query - which some won't do, - we'll patiently and politely wait for the order to arrive. So I don't believe the review is unfair.
On the order confirmation email, - it states "Royal Mail 1st Class Untracked - (We ship Mon/Wed/Fri)" and there was NO notification of any delay. That's where most people would look. You're expecting people who arrive on your site from Google to do a full inspection of your T&Cs and current status before ordering, - that just doesn't happen. So no, you did not give as much information as possible in the right place, - their order confirmation email, - which is the one place sane people would look, and consequently the feedback in this review about the delivery, not the product, is absolutely warranted.
