I bought my first Japanese knives from cutting edge knives about 10 years ago. I use them at work in a professional kitchen and at home. They are still going strong and I still love using them. I recently rejigged my kitchen at home and bought a walnut knife rack as a practical way of story my knives and to show them off it’s so good. I’ve just ordered another keep it up guys. Excellent quality and service!
