Taken ages choosing a new knife and went with the HATSUKOKORO HAYABUSA BLUE #2.
It is a gorgeous looking and functional knife. Beautifully crafted and finished. First time I have used a traditional handle and is bigger than I expected diameter wise, but feels better than the western handles on my other knives.
Delivery was rapid with equally high quality box and some personal touches from the C E knives team. Adding some plasters was funny.
