The item arrived damaged and I have reported this to Nicola Callaghan who I had some regular dialogue with. However, she has not responded to my latest correspondence, she also said she would pass onto her manager, this was over two weeks ago. I’ve ordered three items in the last 6 or so months and up until now I would have given 5 stars. However, this last order has been a really poor experience.
