Have requested a number of samples over a period of time which were all received within an acceptable timescale and were all correct. A big positive for me was that there has been no pressure through emails chasing up on samples received and whether I would be following up with a full purchase - this is one of the reasons why I did proceed with the purchase of a full splashback. The splashback was received again in good time, along with the fixing kit. Splashback was exactly as ordered. Installing the splashback was straightforward, with the instructions received by email very clear and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend this company.
