On point of ordering I was told by tele sales that I could use my own cassette, subsequently the cascade blinds that I ordered did not have the correct drop that I specified. Tele sales should know that your in house cassettes may differ from clients. Problem resolved by my having to send my cassette and blind to you to use as a template. Also, the pattern on the top panels of blinds were mis-aligned resulting in half a red flower on one side and a full red one on the right side. I viewed this as poor workmanship and had to return them to you to be redone correctly. Even when I placed the order and checked the details I found that the wrong fabric had been typed on. Over the weeks I made numerous calls and emails, some of which were ignored.
