Free samples came very quickly and a nice size unlike some competitors so made it easy to choose fabric. Curtains well made but fabric very creased and needed pressing with a steam iron before I could use them. Ironed up nicely though. The free 'thermal' lining was to me just an ordinary thin lining and not the thermal linings I have been used to and expected. Was hoping for a much thicker lining as the curtain was specifically for a drafty door. So 4 stars for service and curtain quality service and quality lost one for creased fabric and disappointment in lining.
