We were anxious about ordering goods from overseas but the clock turned up, perfectly packaged and with the most detailed instructions for setting up that we've had with any product. The clock is beautiful. It's home is now in a French ski chalet and it's admired by everyone. Our grandchildren love it and count off the hours along with the cuckoo. We'll be hard pushed to find a gift so well received.
