Very efficient, the visa's arrived within 3 or 4 days of applying but the charge relating to them was much more expensive than I was lead to believe. My travel company said it would be about £15 to £17 per visa plus postage. In the end the Bill came to £65 and nothing to show the price paid on the visa. Have I been ripped off?
