The service is rapid but I had to pay an extra £22 (total £37) because I requested the visa less than 15 days before my departure. I later discovered you can buy the visa at Gatwick airport the day of departure for just £15 if flying with Virgin airlines . I wasn`t happy at all !
Cubavisa had plenty of time to send the visa without asking for extra fees. I consider this to be a scam on their part
