Always apprehensive about online training, this one is great. The setup is easy to use, the materials provided is excellent and the support is there (I managed with just the feedback from my submissions but I know that if I needed extra support it was there). Thank you so much to Chris for the feedback and helping me to improve myself. Only slight criticism was sometimes the grading seemed to take a while but I completely understand that sometimes there can be a backlog. I am seriously tempted to take the level 5 with this company they were that good.
