I had a really good experience with gaining my qualification through CTC. I had a good introduction meeting via a zoom type platform. All the information was available through several access points including Moodle. Good reading list which was accessible. The information provided on each unit was insightful and relevant. I was able to complete in my own time around my full time work life. I wasn’t pressured in any way. I received constructive feedback on work units which were returned in a reasonable amount of time. I joined the Facebook group- which, though people complain a lot about all sorts of things, I found very helpful and a good place to ask other questions of my peers but also to help others where I could. I received my certificate within days of completion. Overall, great and would use again.
