Our new door was installed last week, while very happy with product the customer service of the Team was not so good. We have used CSJ before and on the strength of previous experience both product and service, we signed on dotted line without usually shopping about. Previous installation teams have been polite, courteous and explained product on completion. The Team (Team 3) were surly and explaining after installation was an after thought. One of the team using bathroom left muddy footprints on stair carpet. There seemed to be a lack of care, including chipped paintwork. Mixed review - good quality product, however service to customer lacking with this Team.
