I have read of some of these comments and the same has happened to me. I tried to book a flight online and was not able to. I received a call telling me the price was no longer available and was £400 more.
I ended up booking through them but when I received the receipts from the airline it wa the original price. It seems they do this as a matter of course.
I am taking them through small claims under their parent company Moresand Ltd. I advise you do the same.
