Together with my new Viron A5 BTE NHS hearing aids the TV-A adaptor has transformed my tv listening/viewing. As a 84 year old with more than 60% hearing loss I was struggling to understand some tv talk with just the hearing aid, now its just great and what's more my neighbours can't hear my tv.
