Fantastic service!! My Partner Mic arrived really quickly. I ordered it on a Wednesday afternoon and it arrived at midday Friday. On the Wednesday I rang Crystal Hearing and spoke to John and asked if they could guarantee delivery by Friday as I was going away for a week and wouldn't be back until the following Friday. I was concerned that if it arrived in the week it could end up in the green bin and it was going to be green bin collection. Phew. John said he would see what could be done but made it clear that he couldn't promise anything. John came through for me and I am really grateful, thank you. 5 star service.
