Saw Sally Stacey today. I have been turning up the volume on the TV and noticing a loss of higher pitch sounds and especially words with an ‘s’.
Sally was very professional and explained everything before getting started. She took her time and gave great care with wax removal.
Now I have turned the TV volume down by a considerable amount!
This is a good service and thoroughly recommended.
