My experience was excellent. Sally listened to my history which includes four surgeries to my ear, two of which caused significant problems. She assured me that my comfort and safety would be her priority. Having had microsuction many times over the last twenty-something years, I can confidently say that Sally approached the procedure very carefully and sensitively, with a reassuring bedside manner. I visited Crystal Hearing because the NHS couldn't provide care in a timely manner. I'll happily return.
