I can't even begin to express my gratitude for Peter at crystal hearing! I had an appointment today with my elderly client who was a little nervous and EXTREMELY deaf! Peter was so patient,calm, kind and professional, 20 mins later and a large amount of hard ear wax and my client can hear again! In fact the first thing he said was "I don't recognise my voice" such a positive experience and a very big thank you from the both of us! I can't recommend you highly enough. 5☆
