I feel it’s very important to express my continued delight in working with Crunch Accounting. People appear happy to voice their unhappiness, but refrain from mentioning when they are grateful and have something positive to say about a member of staff or service. Therefore, I would like to pass on my huge thanks to my Account Manager Katie and the team at Crucnh for helping me through the minefield of my business accounts. Katie is always cheerful, friendly and exceedingly knowledgeable. She returns emails and calls in a very timely manner and always explains accounting issues is a very clear and concise way. I would be lost without her.
