Their system is great and really the only reason I have stayed with them for the time I have, but the customer service experience is not good. Slow response times from the customer services team are frustrating and when asked for advice they don't offer any. They seem to have a set list of copy/paste information they offer rather than actually engaging with your particular issue or question.
