I've just completed my first year as a contractor using Crunch Accounting and I'm really impressed. I was a little freaked out going it alone for the first time but they've been there to help me whenever I've needed it - even when I've had basic questions they've never made me feel stupid. I thoroughly recommend them to anybody becoming a contractor for the first time, and the software is very straightforward to use - if I do get stuck, my account manager responds within a couple of hours and at the weekends, and the Help Centre tutorials mean I can have a go at resolving issues and learning a bit more at the same time. It's the perfect balance of support and being in control of my accounts, and gives the reassurance that comes with that.
