I've been using Crunch for abut 18 months now and very happy with the software and the service. I have a dedicated account manager, Nick Lewis, who always gets back to me extremely quickly and is very lovely to deal with. Any time I have needed to speak with an accountant, I've either been able to get straight through or they've called me back. I was a little daunted by the accounting software when I first started but it is actually very simple and straightforward to use and, if I do have any queries, Nick is on hand to point me in the right direction or sort it for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending.
