Marian was absolutely amazing! We were looking at a cruise in Sept to join our friends from the USA. Marian gave us prices and when she went to book, the cabins had disappeared and were no long available! She checked every single day as could not understand why this happened. Three days later they reappeared and Marian was as excited as we were! We booked the cruise at the same price quoted and can't wait to Cruise on Valiant Lady in September.
