A celebrity cruise we had booked for January 2022 was revised due to Covid. We received an email giving us info that the change was being made. Two days later Estelle from Cruise 118 contacted me with the details. We were able to sort out the change during the phone call with no drama. Did appreciate the call especially as she had to make two calls as I was unable to take the first call. We have booked lots of cruises over the last 10 years and Cruise 118 are now the company we go to first to make a booking
